1973 Plymouth Roadrunner, 383 V8 Engine dressed to look like 440 V8 Engine, 4 Speed Pistol Grip Shifter, Bucket Seats, Nice Paint Job, Great car! Runs Great! Second Generation 1971 - 1974. 2dr Coupe. 8-cyl. 400cid/260hp 4bbl Hi-Performance engine dressed as 440 including hood. Performance Hood treatment and hidden cold air cowl induction & factory hood pins. Plymouth paid $50,000 to Warner Bros.-Seven Arts to use the Road Runner name and likeness from their Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner cartoons (as well as a 'beep, beep' horn. The Road Runner was based on the Chrysler B platform (the same as the Belvedere and Satellite). She’s at the end of the muscle car era which makes her even more appealing. Interior color Black. Beautiful wood handle 4 Speed Pistol Grip Shifter, wood grain dash / gauge cluster with in dash Tach, black vinyl Bucket Seats. Great looking door panels, carpet and headliner. Nice Paint Job (born FE5 - Rallye Red) now an eye -catching metallic blue. Good body lines and gaps. New body work design including a more rounded 'fuselage' keeping with the then-current Chrysler styling trends, a steeply raked windshield, hidden cowl, and deeply inset two-level grille and horizontal twin headlight pods A large jagged curving side stripe graces the side of the creating a “I’m fast” look, similar to the Starsky & Hutch Ford Gran Torino.
