I manufacture new body parts for older American made cars, particularly AMC at the moment. They are hammer formed one at a time. They fit like paint. That is they fit over an existing part and are hammered out to be the same shape but the width of the steel bigger. This is not an issue for an experienced body man. 

Currently I make demi-rear quarters, trunk drop-offs floor pans, braces, straps, door skins and more for AMC Series 10 cars.
But I have templates for many more. Tell me what you need and I'll tell you if we can make it. 

Since these parts are made one at a time, they are expensive. But if you have an old car that no one else makes parts for, there's a good chance I can help you. 

Prices for demi rear quarters start at $750. Shipping, packaging and handling is extra. These parts are made in Canada but can be shipped from New York state to save weeks of time and extra handling and in most cases, no broker.

We don't make front fenders but we can make some patches. 

If we need a template to make your parts, you are responsible for delivering the template parts.

A template part only needs to retain it's orginal shape. Rust holes are  not an issue as long as the edges of the part are intact.

Before any work is started we need photos of your project to ensure what we make is what you need and that it will fit.

Payment is alway in advance in full. Shipping, packaging and handling are a separate cost because we can't know the weight until the parts are finished and packed. Once all payments are made, the products are shipped via the method you select.
